About Cart Quest

Shopping your way, on your terms

A shopping companion created by and for neurodivergent people.

Our Mission

Shopping shouldn't be this hard. So I built something that makes it easier.

Cart Quest is a shopping companion that helps you plan, organise, and get through your shopping trip without the overwhelm. One category at a time, a clear plan, and nothing fighting how your brain works.

The Problem We Solve

You know that feeling when you walk in for milk and somehow spend $89?

I built Cart Quest because my family's grocery bills were hitting $250+ every week, and our cupboards are full of stuff we don't actually need.

Your family eats the same basics every week anyway. Why start from zero each time when 80% of your shopping is predictable?

— From a parent who got tired of the same cycle

How We're Different

One plan, every store

Your weekly shop spans multiple stores. One plan holds them all — Woolworths, Aldi, the butcher. Start whichever stores you need today.

Category by category

See one section at a time. Dairy, then produce, then snacks. No overwhelming master list. Just what's in front of you.

Budget awareness

Set a spending goal before your trip. Enter your actual cost at the end. See how your spending tracks over time.

Purchase history

See what you bought, where you bought it, and how often. Spot patterns and make better decisions next trip.

Built for Neurodivergent Families

Cart Quest is designed around how neurodivergent brains actually work. Instead of one overwhelming list, you see one category at a time — reducing cognitive load and keeping you focused on what's in front of you.

✦ Reduces cognitive load by turning your weekly shop into a reusable plan
✦ Clear visual cues and progress tracking prevent overwhelm
✦ Predictable structure with flexibility when you need it
✦ Works the same way every time, building familiarity and confidence

Cognitive Accessibility

Less on screen, less to think about. One category at a time, clear progress, predictable structure.

Empowerment

You don't need fixing. You need a tool that doesn't fight how your brain works.
