Our agreement with you
Welcome to Cart Quest
These terms govern your use of Cart Quest, a shopping companion service provided by Mindful Apps (Australia). By using Cart Quest, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Our Service
Cart Quest provides:

- ● Budget tracking features
- ● A structured, category-by-category shopping experience
- ● Achievement and motivation systems
- ● Organised shopping by category
Design Philosophy
Cart Quest is designed based on the lived experience of its neurodivergent creator. The features, interface, and approach reflect one family's journey — not a clinical standard or universal accessibility framework. What works for us may not work for everyone, and the app does not claim to address all neurodivergent needs. We encourage you to try the shop flow before subscribing to see if our approach works for you.
Subscription & Payment
Monthly Subscription
US$5 per month when you subscribe on the web, billed automatically until cancelled. App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple at the price and terms shown at purchase. A free trial is offered to eligible new subscribers; whether it applies to you, and its exact terms, are shown before you confirm. If you cancel before a trial ends, you won't be charged.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your payment information.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion — contact us if you believe you're owed one.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cart Quest responsibly:

- ● Don't attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
- ● Don't use the service for any illegal activities
- ● Don't abuse our support systems
- ● Respect other users and our community guidelines
Your Data
Your shopping lists and preferences belong to you:

Service Availability
We strive to keep Cart Quest available 24/7, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
Cart Quest is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it helpful and reliable, we can't guarantee it will meet all your needs or be error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service.
Intellectual Property
Cart Quest's code, design, and features are owned by Mindful Apps. You're granted a license to use the service, but you don't own the underlying software or content.
Community Standards
Cart Quest is built for neurodivergent families, by neurodivergent people. We're committed to:

- ● Cognitive accessibility in all features
- ● Empowering users rather than "fixing" them
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of Cart Quest means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
Either party can end this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disputes & Governing Law
If you have a concern, please contact us first at mindfulapps+legal@icloud.com — we'll do our best to resolve it informally. If we can't reach a resolution, these terms are governed by Australian law and any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.

Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindful Apps regarding Cart Quest. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.
